Anyone been to Aquas Caliente?

Aquas Caliente seems interesting with the hot water waterfall going into the cool water pool. Las Escobas Waterfalls look pretty and there seem to be more tours, but I also read that it was cold. In the videos of Las Escobas Waterfalls it looks like a few people swim and the rest stand around, and we prefer to swim somewhere that is not "refreshing".

Any info would be appreciated, including tour operators/prices.

We used tropical discoveries and had an awesome time. Epic trip, outstanding pics with the GoPro. I would do it again w/o hesitation.
