Marhaba versus Ahlan Service in Dubai

Has anyone ever used the Marhaba or Ahlan services on arrival at Dubai airport? If so do you have any feedback? Were they useful? Do you recommend?

I used Marhaba(sp) in 2015 and found it to be wonderful. I was traveling alone to Dubai for hte first time and the rep was at the gate to meet me and walked me thru immigration and customs and baggage claim. My bag was mistakenly put on another plane, and the rep stayed with me to file the report. I also used their car service to drive me to my Nephew's place in Abu Dhabi. Made the whole experience so much less stressful and all of the personnel were pleasant and helpful.

We did Bronze service and got our own taxi. Very easy.
