And that pathetic little dessert they call Pavlova isn't Pavlova. It's just a dry meringue nest with a dab of cream. :eek:

 

Real pavlova has a marshmallowy interior with a meringue crust, and should be covered with lashings of unsweetened cream, and topped with a decent amount of tangy fruit to counteract the sweetness and creaminess.
