Carnival Cake

Hi Ladies,

I remember seeing on one of these treads someone asking for pictures of the Carnival cake (that come standard with the package). I didn't realize I had any pictures on my work computer...here they are!

The scrollwork is pretty much standard for CCL (at least the weddings in the last two years). I've also seen couples request polkadots, cupcakes or texture instead.

beautiful cake! how many guests did you have? I am expecting about 100 guests and am wondering if we would get a 3 or 4 tiered cake? thanks!

Thank you! This was the standard. I didn't request anything specific. The topper was included with the package also.

We had approximately 30 guests (10 sailing and 20 nonsailing).

@hoguey bear, you are sent a form regarding your cake from the wedding coordinator. You can choose vanilla or chocolate cake and filling options are chocolate, vanilla or strawberry.

I know :-) I was just wondering if the OP went with any of those options and, if so, how it was.

I got the vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing! We went with the basics because that's my favorite kind! It was great!

We split our layers. The cake was vanilla, but the bottom cake we did chocolate filling and the top cake we did strawberry.

Every review I have read has said the cake was simply delicious, I don't think we can go wrong :). I think I am leaning towards vanilla and raspberry!

Mmm...now I want some cake.

I just got my call, and they told me we will be getting a four tiered cake for our 86 guest. Hope this helps.
