Hi all

Apologies first of all if this has been asked before but I can't see it!

What is the best way to travel from Miami international airport to the Hilton in FLL and how much is the cost?

Obviously also looking at the same journey in reverse of port to airport at the end of the cruise.

Thanks in advance if you can help

(There will be just two of us).

The best way is in the back of a stretch limo with a stocked bar! :D

The cheapest way is to ride the Tri-Rail commuter train (for under $5 each) from MIA to the FLL station and then cab/shuttle to your hotel -- but it will not be a quick ride (or as comfortable as the limo ).

American Shuttle has the concession inside of MIA and will give you a quote on-line; a taxi for the 40+ minute trip will run on the meter about $75-80+ Compare with private car service from Holland Limo or Larry's limo.

You could look at a one-way rental car (MIA-FLL) - which will give you some flex for dining and shopping; I think the Hilton charges for parking. :(

Love it!! You're quite right :D

However have gone for Larry's Limos - sedan only and no bar :(

Thanks for your help John xx
