The International Market was not near the pier, it was in Waikiki. There is still many TONs of shopping in Waikiki.

A short distance from the Pier is Ala Moana Shopping Center, and another shopping center whose name escapes me.

Wards Center.

Both Ward Center and Ala Moana are easily accessible from the piers via the route 19 or 20 public bus (aka "The Bus").

If you are looking for cheap, kitchy trinkets, hit up any ABC store.

I know this is an older post but.....if you are looking for souvenir's and the like it might be worth a quick trip to the Swap Meet at the stadium. You can bus it down and back from the cruise pier. IF you hop on the bus to go to the Pearl Harbor memorial, it's just down the street from there.
