Free Travel from P&O Cruises in New Sailaways Brochure

P&O Cruises is offering free travel from more than 40 points around the UK for passengers sailing on a selection of 20 cruise itineraries between April and December 2006.

‘Sailaways’ are selected cruise itineraries to destinations in the Mediterranean, Baltic, Atlantic Isles and Norwegian Fjords, ranging from nine to 18 nights in duration.

Philip Price, head of brand marketing, P&O Cruises said
“We make every effort to ensure that passengers have a wonderful, relaxing time whilst on their cruise holiday – everything on board is easy. The Sailaways brochure extends this with the complimentary coach transfers to Southampton.

“This initiative removes all the ordinary stress involved in getting to your holiday departure point. Congestion on the roads, car parking and payment can all make the start of the holiday a nightmare and we simply wanted to remove this aspect for our passengers. It is a convenient, local, no-hassle pick up service making travel easier that ever before.”

The brochure features details of P&O Cruises new ship segmentation. Divided into three categories, there is ‘Contemporary and Innovative’ Arcadia and Oceana, ‘Original and Authentic’ Aurora and Oriana and ‘Traditional and Intimate’ Artemis.

Early booking discounts of up to 45% are available along with the free transfers from 40 pick up points in the UK. Lead in fares start from £899 for Oriana’s nine night Canary Islands taster cruise over Christmas 2006. A longer itinerary on the fleet’s newest liner, Artemis, starts from £1,169 for a 14-night Mediterranean cruise calling at Barcelona, St. Tropez, Florence/Pisa, Rome, Alghero and Gibraltar. *

Coach transfers are available from:
