Snorkeling recomendations

My wife and I are interested if anyone have ever taken the Catamaran Coastal Sail, snorkel & lunch on Princess cruises before and how did you like it? This is in Roatan, Honduras.

We are also looking at the Sergeant's Caye Snorkeling adventure in Belize?

Any information would greatly be appreciated.

For Belize, my wife and friends went snorkeling at the Shark Ray Alley. It was the most incredible snorkel trip they've ever had. The guide dived down, and held up rays, and sharks, up to close to the surface for them to pet or observe just in front of their eyes.

We actually flew on the small propeller planes from Belize airport, to San Pedro on Ambegris Cay. From there I went diving, while they went snorkeling. They still remember that snorkeling trip as such a special treat.

Coral breezes is the operator on belize for shark ray alley. They are on pier but I would contact them ahead of time as they were great and book up if you go to the believe port cite you should find their web address.
