One way of getting some idea is go to P & 0's website open up Azura's deck plan page and look at the positions of the two cabins and what the grades are, that way will sow if they have upgraded you or just moved you. But by the numbers looks like an up grade and a move from the back to midships I have just looked at the plans and looks like an upgrade from grade GC to GA. We have sailed on her twice and she's a nice ship

We refused our upgrade and now always tick the box to say no upgrade. They moved us from an inside midships with bath to an outside foreward with shower only. Did not consider it an upgrade simply to have a window when we only change and sleep in our cabin. We were told our original cabin had already been given to somebody else. We stood our ground and after a lot of hassle managed to get our original choice back. To us an inside midships cabin on a deck with say the restaurant or theatre on it means no light, no sound ,no movement and less queuing for lifts, and if I can get it I also like my bath.I also look at the deck above to see whats above . Below the shopping mall is good because they are closed at night, below the jogging track is bad.No engines. No rattling balcony doors or rain lashing on windows for us. Its a science you know;)

Most companies have grades catagories withn cabin types.

IE an OV midship will rate higher than an OV towards the bow or aft [usually reflected in price] likewise different decks will often be different categories, depending on what is above or below them. You however may have a different view.

I am now pretty particular about my cabin, mainly because of some health issues and what I would once have regarded as an upgrade I may no longer view in the same light.
