In or Near 4507 on Jewel Class Ships?

I've sailed in 4501 years ago on Jewel, her sister ship. You can definitely hear things down there. The sounds of the hull breaking waves was noticeable, but not terribly bad. Forward of 4501 has to be some maintenance or crew area. I heard things coming from there, but I doubt that will affect you five or six cabins back.

The ship can place the gangway on deck 4, depending on tidal conditions relative to the dock. This can present a problem when lines start to form in the corridors and elevator banks there and all you want to do is go back to your cabin.

Otherwise, DW and I had some of the best sleep of our lives down there.

We stayed in 4573 on the Jewel twice - once on a very tight budget and once booked last minute. It was one of the quietest cabins I've ever had. We were down the hall from the medical office and backed to crew quarters. The only times we heard anything were port days when people were in the hallways while getting on or off the ship. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
