Difference between BA-BF Balcony categories?

We booked a BF guarantee on the Sun Princess. Just found out (yay) that we were upgraded to a BB, Aloha 305.

Are there differences in cabins/decks/service/goodies among the different BA/BB/BC etc. categories?

The main difference on the Sun Class ships is just location.

No difference in cabin layout, service or goodies.

Have a great cruise!

I hope that's NOT the case -- I just paid extra for a BA cabin on the Island Princess to get more space & a bigger balcony!

The BA balcony cabins on the Island have a larger balcony. I think the larger balcony is why there's a difference in square footage listed for it and the other balcony cabins (248 square feet versus 217 square feet for a BB).

We loved our Caribe Deck BA cabin on the Grand. The extra balcony space was great.

There is a difference in the ships, the Island has a totally different layout then the Sun Princess. The question asked was on the Sun Princess cabins.

The hull cut out for the Balconies on the Baja, Aloha, and Rivera decks is slightly larger than the Caribe deck balconies cut outs. If you look at a picture of the ship you can notice the difference.
