Casino Hours on Epic and amount of play

What exactly are you "averaging" per hand is more important and the only real factor they look at. If you are 'averaging' $300/night and you bet $1 per hand and lose 300 hands in a row, they couldn't be bothered with your play. If you had $300, bet $100/hand, didn't lose your $300 bankroll and played for a few hours at $100/hand - then yes - they would notice you on the ship.

Figure you get credit for maybe 40-50 hands per hour. Divide your bet by 10 (conservatively) and multiply by 50 to determine how many "points" you are acquiring per hour. NCL gives their drink card after 1500 points. They also don't count table game below $25/hand very well. So if you're playing $25/hand in blackjack, figure you're getting 125 points per hour.

Casino is pretty much open the entire time ship is not in port. For table games it starts in the afternoon and goes to about 2-3am.

I just got back from the epic they told me table games dont get points per say. and i think its 2000 points on the epic to drink free. We spent over 2,000 dollars about 200 a day for each of us. point were about 600 for mainly slots. I played tables i had less 500. Got a 5.00 comp or a tee shirt for 250 points We were there till 200am still was open depends on how busy they are opens at sea day around 9 i think I have the dallies i could check if interested email me ariesrider@sbcglobal.net

Hi. I play mainly craps. I average about $30 to $40 per roll of the dice. I could lose that $300 in an hour and walk with nothing. But someone playing slots could last hours with 300 and get a drink card and free room.

I just read a recent daily from the Epic. On sea days its open at 9:00AM as correctly stated by the DNDfunteam! That is a toss up between that and whatever a non-surgical Facial is:).

Let the good times roll!

Is your "average" bet what you think you're average is or what the casino writes down as your "average" bet. For craps players - that would be your initial and in progress bets on the pass line, any buy/place bet, come/field bets and proposition bets. That would exclude odds behind the pass line bets and odds on come bets. And they would exclude your "going up one unit" escalations in your rated play.

Because $30-$40 on that kind of play would generally get you 'rated'. $10 on the pass line and $20 behind for a total of $30 would not qualify to be rated on their "above $25 to be rated threshold". And they do rate table games because they give out drink cards to table players as well.

The casino is officially open much early, but the craps game generally doesn't open until early afternoon timeframe. I don't remember the craps game being open and running at 9am. .. .

When i watch you first walk up to table they take your card swipe it and enter how much you give them for chips. When you leave sometimes i dont see them go back and enter what your walking away from the table with its an estimate i think. I dont play craps much but 3 card poker you end up betting 15-30 a hand miminiums by the time you bet on all lines

I play craps every night on a cruise ship and I feel that drinking definitely will negatively affect your playing abilities. I had a free drink card on the Carnival Miracle last week and I only had 3 drinks the whole week with only one of them being while I was playing.

We had a bottle of wine the one night we ate at the steakhouse. I drank maybe 2/3 of the bottle and when I got to the craps table I definitely felt impaird and one played one hand for the whole evening.
