Should they ban smoking from all inside locations?

Ok, so we're still smokers and I will say that the Liberty was the most accommodating ship to smokers that I've been on since they banned it on balconies. I LOVED that we had the one side of the outside promenade (deck 4 I think??) and obviously the one side of the pool deck is fine and the same as other ships. I do have to say that we would use the casino to have a pre/after dinner smoke most days because it was very windy most evenings....while I would prefer to be outside anyway, wind + cigarettes + dress flying over my head is not pretty However, we only sat/stood at the bar and got drinks while doing so and never sat at/blocked machines to do it. The Allure casino was MUCH more crowded w/ just smokers but that could simply be because there were more people and there was no outdoor area on lower decks like the Freedom class has for smokers to go. If you're at the pub, it is "inconvenient" to head all the way up to the pool deck. Plus that darn wind and dress thing! I get that it's gross and unhealthy. Someday I'll be one of the ex-smokers complaining and I really can't wait until that happens.

We did peak into the cigar lounge on there-it looked very posh. As much as I enjoy the smell of cigars, we never went back in there to even attempt to smoke cigarettes. We felt there were enough locations for us to do so and I wasn't sure how cigar smokers would take having cigarette smokers in there with them.

To answer the question....I get both ends of it. I'm not much of a gambler but I am a smoker. If on the Freedom class I would be all about no smoking in the casino due to the outdoor area on deck 4. Oasis class....I have to say please no! I've never been on the Radiance class but I could see how the centrum area could lend to smoking creeping all the way up.

Probably due to cruise ships NOT being under US Regulations.
