Disembarkation time and car service POM to FLL

What is the latest one can stay on board? We do not have a flight until 230 out of FLL and will not be in a hurry.
Has anyone used a car service from POM to FLL?

Last one off around 9:00am. Car to FLL takes about 45 minutes. Flew A/A, No club lounges so be prepared for a little wait.

not exactly from Port of Miami, but have used a car service from Miami Beach to FLL - Port Everglades when we boarded the marina for the TA last March...

We used "Travelynx". A fellow called Robert was really really helpful. And our driver was terrific! Early to pick us up, utterly charming and when we offered a tip did not want to accept (we insisted - the ride had been so good!). Took about 40mins from Miami Beach near Arthur Godfrey Avenue to the Port. I would assume the time would be similar from Miami Cruise Terminal to the FLL airport since the Cruise Terminal is not that far from I95 and the airport is before Port Everglades.
