This is the site you should have used to obtain your ESTA Official ESTA site

It sounds like you used a site which helps you obtain these documents, but charges you extra for doing so!

Another useful site

Put simply, any UK citizen needs an ESTA to visit the USA. When completing this at the official US Government site, it asks for an address whilst in the USA. The form can be saved online and then accessed in the future, with passport number and reference number.

If you have any other questions about travelling, please ask, as there are many resourceful people on this and other sites. Just don't complain about tipping, as you'll get shot down in flames!
