May 9th - Venice to Barcelona Regatta Sailing - share shore excursions

We are a party of two sailing on the Regatta May 9th. We're looking for a few others to share private shore excursions. We have contacted recommended guides and drivers for Capri, Amalfi, Provence, Corfu and are in the process of researching the other ports. For 4, 6 or 8 people the prices are in most cases much less expensive than the ship's port excursions and certainly offer a better alternative than getting on a bus with many others.
