Can I find contact info for someone on a past cruise

My 3 friends and I were just on NCL Sun, Oct 26 - Nov 2. There was a singles group aboard and my friend Cyndi really liked one of the guys we kept bumping into. Unfortunately she didn't get up enough nerve to exchange contact info until our last night but we never found him. I know this is a long shot, but I figured I'd give it a try for her.
