Does anyone know if the Joy will have the "practice sailing" in Europe before it goes to Asia?

I love doing those cruises... short 2 or 3 day cruise, usually from Germany or the U.K.

We look forward to the Bliss in 2018.

i read something online where the booking for the Joy is only by using one NCL chinese travel agency. you can not book it online or over the phone. I found this on the NCL website:

Booking Information: Will be open for sale through our Chinese Travel Partners
