Sandals Royal Bahamian day pass: Where did you eat?

I am wondering, if you have gotten the Sandals day pass in Nassau, where did you eat? It says food/alchohol included and we were just wondering what the options were!

(Also, pros vs. cons welcomed about the pass in general! My co-cruisers seem to think it is expensive, and any help making our decision would be appreciated!)

Thank you! :p

There are several lunch options - you can eat at the buffet (Spices) or the grill (Royal Grill) or you can eat at the restaurant on the private island. There's also a pizza oven. If you get there early enough, you can even eat breakfast at the buffet.

When we did the day pass, we ate at the grill. We also stayed at Sandals for a week a few years back. It's a nice place.
