I find that they do website maintenance at different times on the weekend.

I have had trouble in the past and had trouble earlier this morning. I have noticed that Princess's IT department leaves much to be desired. I am a retired IT professional.

Princess' web site (as well as HAL's) seems to be optimized for Chrome. My PC defaults to Explorer, so when I had trouble with Princess' site earlier today using Explorer, I switched to Chrome and things went much more smoothly.

Of course, YMMV :).

Mine has been crashing starting last week with Chrome and Firefox. Its getting old. :mad:

Yep--I can't access any of my bookings. I get an error message that says I don't have access

It's all working for me. :)

I have noticed that navigating the Princess website is very slow. I was on the phone with a Princess rep booking a cruise Friday and when I mentioned this she said it works much better with chrome
