In spite of little sun and way too much rain, peppers are starting to grow:

Beautiful. Too hot here for much blooming - all the plants are like - "what - you kidding me???"

Went with my sister to visit a little village where we were born many decades ago. The village is mentioned in the doomsday book, surprising what you should have remembered when you were younger

The Last stained glass window is dedicated to Lt Nevill 13th Hussars who died in Colorado July 1902 aged 37.

So where are you going to?

1 night stopover in Las Vegas, then on to Tahoe for a family reunion, then over to San Diego with the kids/grandkids - topped off with a day cruise on my sons destroyer.

I expect the upcoming pics to be spectacular!

Been busy last weekend being in Charlottesville, Va., with our two grandsons, etc. Now ready to post more, including some varied visuals. Here is some visual action from down in that part of scenic Virginia.

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio

Enjoyed a 14-day, Jan. 20-Feb. 3, 2014, Sydney to Auckland adventure, getting a big sampling for the wonders of "down under” before and after this cruise. Go to:

for more info and many pictures of these amazing sights in this great part of the world. Now at 111,033 views for this posting.

Right next door to Jefferson's home on a Virginia mountain top was this Carter Mountain Orchard that we visited Sunday morning. They had peaches!! And, other fruits. Here is an example below of their peaches. Then, some other examples for nature, insects, flowers, including some big sunflowers grown in the backyard of our son and with seeds planted by our two grandsons. WOW!! Sunflowers grow really tall, fast!!:
