I did try search (honest I did). All I found was "I called the Captain's Club."

I can't seem to find it on the new website. It used to be right at the top, wasn't it?

To find on the website, scroll down UK home page until you see Captains Club. Then scroll down that until near the bottom under enquires.

It costs us nothing from the UK to call Captain's Club in America because our telephone provider gives us free calls to USA.

Here in the UK we have to pay to call 0844 numbers and it can add up if you are put on hold listening to music while you wait to speak to someone.

So, we just phone the US numbers. Go figure...:confused:
