Snorkeling Salango Manta Ecuador

I would love to do some snorkeling when we make our stop at Manta during our Dec cruise on Infinity. I've looked everywhere but can't find anything other than the ships tour and at $ 195 pp thats really pricey. Anyone out there have any experience with a reputable tour company that will pick up at the Manta pier and take you out for snorkeling.
