Istanbul-How much TL for small lunch-getting TL from ATM in Ephesus

Figuring out how much TL to get out of ATM in Ephesus to have for Istanbul. Is the tram 3 Euro or 4?

We're going to try to have dinner with a view so I'm sure those restaurants will take VISA. But if we stop for a quick bite for lunch/snack and they don't accept VISA, what would a standard small lunch (gyro and coke possibly) cost?

according to Rick Steve's book (from 10-2014), a single ride tram token, jeton, is 3 TL.

Get more than you think you need, though to be honest we paid in Euros. If you have any extra at dinner time, pay part of the bill in cash and put the rest on the CC.

Is the tram 3 Euro or 4?

A döner kebap sandwich and a drink should cost about 12-15 TL, but the prices can be a lot higher in the touristy areas.
