I have never performed your new role, but I would imagine that it takes more courage, tact and patience than I could muster. Thank you for volunteering to help everyone who reads these threads.

I'm not sure I do possess enough courage, tact & patience but I'd like to think of these first few days/weeks as a shake down cruise rather than a maiden voyage ! Things may well be a bit untidy/service not quite as professional as you might like but know that I am doing my best & things can only get better !
