If so how does that work? Did you ever get a reply?

My son booked on the night of March 16th and the prices went down on Monday morning March 18th.

Submitted the form but have heard nothing. No rejection, acceptance, nothing.

Do they let you know one way or the other?

TIA

Bill

If he booked Early Saver that is a whole different form.

This form is submitted when you find a cheaper cruise from someone other then Carnival.

From the website:

you find a better deal somewhere else within two days of booking your cruise, we'll not only be very surprised — we'll give you 110% of the difference in onboard credit. You can be confident that our prices are the lowest, so you can get on to more important things... like counting down the days until you sail!

  • You'll have 48 hours from the time you book to find a lower price.
  • Carnival will give you 110% of the difference in onboard credit.
  • Lowest Price Guarantee only applies to publicly available rates

I did and was successful at getting it. However after a week and hearing nothing I finally had to call and then deal with customer service for over an hour. The first women I talked to was pleasant but kept confusing it with early saver. I had to explain the program to HER and kept referencing the website. Finally after dealing with her supervisor and then one more person I got my $66. Do not be afraid to call and fight for it - I think they just would have ignored my request if I had not called.
