I agree that the internet onboard Cunard is terrible. I used 4 hours on the Queen Victoria in the last 2 weeks and could only download the headers of the emails. The Queen Mary 2 is just as bad. The internet does not even improve while in port. I had to use the internet in the park in Huatulco, Mexico.

Along with our sister lines we are exploring ways to improve this. We are all so used to the speed of our internet at home and at work - but you have to remember at sea we have to work through satellites. However - we must find ways of improving the service and more on that as the project develops. Best Regards. Peter

Agree INTERNET is very important to many customers. I am sure the Military has fast communication on their ships ???

Looking forward to see this improving VERY soon. I am sure it is only a question of "money" and how much it will cost -
not if the technology is available.
