New to Cruising - Help Planning Nassau Day?

We will be on a Disney Cruise in Sept/Oct. Our major goals for both of our port days (Castaway Cay and Nassau) are good snorkeling, parasailing and banana boats. I found out about Jr Action Water Sports on Cable Beach...anyone ever used these guys? I was thinking we could Parasail, Banana Boat, and maybe rent jet skis with them. But what else could we do/would we have time for?

I originally wanted to plan something really fun. The Mini Subs at Stuart's Cove look fun, but the morning appointment is at 9am and we aren't on Nassau until 9:30. Would we still be able to have parasailing/banana boat time either before or after if we did the 12pm time?

Any other ideas? Or is a day on the beach our best bet?
