A few questions

Is the fridge in the cabin empty? Do they stock it with anything complimentary? (Water, soda, etc.?)

If it's a mini-bar set up, can you have them remove the items?

Yes, it's full of items, none of them complimentary. You'll be charged for everything you use, including water. There's a charge slip there listing the prices for each item.

I assume they will empty it out, but there was plenty of space for us to put in our own water, etc.

We always ask the cabin steward to remove the items. They will either take the items in the refrig. or put them in somewhere in the cabin and make a note of it.

Have never had an issue.
