Key West Thanksgiving

Hi there,

We are possibly planning on going on the Grandeur of the Seas and it stops in Key West on Thanksgiving Day.

Where I am from (Mass), everything is closed. Shops are closed. Most restaurants are closed.

Will I experience the same thing in Key West?

This will be our first time in Key West and we really wanted to explore the port.

Any info would be great.

Does your ship have excursions available? That will help tell you some places that will be open. I'm sure they wouldn't stop at a port where everything would be closed and I don't think the businesses would miss making money if a cruise ship will be in port. That's just my thought.
