Dining/menu rotation on Golden

According to Jon's patter an menus, I see that the Golden follows this rotation for the Classic southern route.

Sunday: Sailaway menu casual

Monday: Captains menu formal

Tues: Italian menu casual

Wed: Continental casual

Thurs: Chef's menu casual

Friday: Captains menu formal

Sat: Landfall menu casual

Now, to my question, is the correct rotation of menus, nights, and dress for the opposite, the Southern Carribean Explorer?

Sunday: Sailaway menu casual

Monday: Italian menu casual

Tuesday: Captains menu formal

Wed: Continental casual

Thurs: Chef's menu casual

Friday: Captains menu formal

Sat: Landfall menu casual

Thanks everyone. I'm just trying to figure out what night to book Sabitini and the Steakhouse and possibly the balcony dinner.

Not to burst your bubble but it's my understanding that the Golden doesn't have the ultimate balcony dinner available yet (if you're talking about the ultimate balcony dinner that is). They've been trying it on 1 of the ships but have not 'rolled' it out to the others. So I guess it'll depend on when you're sailing. I'm hoping it has been rolled out by the end of October, as that's when we'll be on the Golden. Thanks for printing out the different menus for the itineraries -- this will help me decide when to book the alternate resturants.

...nope...

Try doing your own, though! Order food from the dining room to be delivered to your stateroom and move your glass-top table to the balcony to serve as a "buffet." THe food won't stay super warm, but you can have your lobster on your balcony!

That's okay about the ultimate balcony dinner as it's just something that I was tossing about. I really just want to see if I have the rotation and the menus correct so I can pick what night to go to Sabitinis and the Steakhouse.
