Laundry service Msc Divina

now I know I can't take an iron on board I am thinking about buying the 40 item package. Is it best to do this before I go or will it be cheaper onboard? Any experiences of items coming back ruined? If I have trousers that don't have centre crease in them because there not meant to will they come back with one?

I used it on my cruise last week. Can't remember if it was more once I boarded. Clothes came back perfectly okay.

Make sure you have the laundry bags in your cabin at the start. We didn't and we had to ask, ask and ask again !

Loved the laundry service! A great deal and everything came back perfectly. I don't know if it was cheaper to book onboard or before. We didn't have the bags in our cabin but once I told our steward what I wanted he supplied all the bags I needed.
