Visiting Korcula in September and looking for advice on what there maybe to do other than a walking tour of the town and if that's all there is should we book in advance or are there guides to be had on the quayside ?

Many thanks.

It's a small town. We got off the ship early and walked the town then just swam. The water was beautiful. We had lots of busy days so just wanted to relax. Friends hired a car and drove around, which they said was lovely.

I didn't notice tours being offered (but I wasn't looking). The tour office is nearby.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

We drove there late one afternoon (having ferried from Split) and left the next morning (for Dubrovnik). It is a lovely little town. Stroll the streets (laid out like a fish with a backbone and ribs) and stroll the waterfront. There is no need for a tour.
