Swiss Air Baggage Allowance

Just wondering if anyone knows how strict Swiss Air is with their baggage allowance? After our cruise my husband and I are flying from Rome to Zurich. I just checked the baggage allowance and it turns out our checked lugguage is about 1inch or 2.5 cm larger than the allowance if you include the handle and wheels. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra, but the fee for oversized luggage is 100 euros. Do you think they will measure it? Thanks!
