Thumping Noise in Millennium Aft Cabins?

We have heard some complaints of loud thumping noises in deck 7 aft cabins at night when the ship is moving more quickly. Has anyone experienced this in deck 8 aft cabins as well?

not that i can remember. there was a small vibration when the back of the ship rocked up, but noise or not i would certainly take an aft again!!

I have had a true aft cabin on the Millennium. We only heard the "thumping" when we were docking or leaving port and when they turned the azipods more under the ship. It only lasted a few minutes. But once, we were woken up at 4:30AM when we arrived at a dock very early one morning. There are other perks of a true aft cabin that are worth the occasional extra noise and vibration.

We had the Penthouse on Millennium twice. It is truely the back of the ship on deck 6. We never had any problems with thumping or noise of any kind.
