Tipping policy on Winstar

We are going on the Windsurf transatantic and would like to know what the tipping policy is. There is a $11.00/person/day that is automatically charged on the bill which goes to the staff. Should we tip beyond that and if so, how much? Does anyone know if you get internet service when you are so far from land?
