Looking at North and South which are close to airport or Los Alos area. Just looking for convenience, cleanliness, and access to dining close by. Which would be best fit?

Both of those locations are south of the airport . . . the location that would be ideal for you is the one in downtown Fort Lauderdale. 10 minute walk to nightlife and restaurants on Las Olas.

I stayed at south in march. There's a large strip mall behind the property. I definitely remember fast food but not sure about restaurants. Look at google maps. It might show you the store names. We had a car so we had dinner 10 mins away.
