We are cruising for the first time in April on the Allure and have booked the "Sightsee Marigot and Beach Getaway" through the cruise line.

The ship is supposed to arrive at 08:00 and depart at 16:00.

The ship excursion is from 11:00 to 16:00.

Would it be possible for us to take a taxi from the port and see a plane or two arrive over Maho beach and make it back in time to catch our ship-based excursion?

I believe it takes 20 minutes by taxi, and if we stayed for 20-30 minutes, we should be able to catch another taxi back with at least an hour to spare. Do you think this is cutting it to tight?

You would need to leave Maho by 10 so I don't think that it would be worth the time or money. If you want to hit a beach just taxi the 10 minutes or so over to Little Bay. Leave 30 minutes to get back though just in case.
