This will our be our first time in Key West and we want to have a great dining experience. So... this is what we have booked:

Afternoon arrival -Flaming Buoy (dinner)

Thursday - Walking tour of Key West restaurants

Dinner @ Blackfin Bistro

Friday - Lunch @ Azur

- Dinner @ Louis's backyard

Is this a good plan or should we make changes?

Thanks for any and all assistance!!

It is a great plan! I live here and eat out often and you have picked all my favorite restaurants! They all have excellent food, fresh local fish, and great service.

My only thought is you might want to swap Louie's and Azur, having lunch at Louie's and dinner at Azur. Depending on the time of year you are coming, dinner time may already be dark and the views at Louie's are beautiful. If you are dining before or during sunset, Louie's is great for dinner. You can google your dates and sunset time in Key West to see the time of sunset during your visit. Enjoy your stay!

Thanks so much for your suggestion of swapping the 2 restaurants. We will look into sunset/dining time. And... we really appreciate your confirmation that our choice of restaurants will result in great eating!!!

Looks like a good plan to me. Just be aware that Blackfin Bistro does not have a liquor license and serves only beer and wine if that is important to you.

Appreciate the Blackfin Bistro information. We will be fine as we are beer/wine drinkers.

No problem. We have been for dinner more than once when people at the next table got up and left because they weren't aware that they didn't serve liquor.
