Premier Inn Southampton West Quay

Does anyone know if the Premier Inn Southampton West Quay has luggage storage for arrivals before check-in time or after check-out time? We are arriving at Heathrow at 7:25 AM, if our flight is on time, and transporting directly to Southampton (private transport). I expect we will arrive well before the 2 PM check in time. I would like to walk around and maybe get a bite to eat without having to cart our luggage with us. I have tried to find the information, but Premier's website basically says "it depends on the individual hotel." Has anyone stayed at this hotel? Can you let me know?

Haven't stayed there, but was considering it at one point and their staff confirmed that they do store luggage.

[it was only location that made me choose another hotel - my conference was the other side of town.]

We haven't stayed at this one, but have never had a problem storing luggage at numerous other Premier Inns.

Yes, they put your luggage in a locked room and give you a ticket for each luggage.
