Queen Victoria Fly Cruise - Booking Flight Seats

We are due to join Queen Victoria in Athens later this year. Our flight is with Titan Airways according to voyage personaliser. Unlike with P&O there does not seem to be a facility to pre-book your seats for the flight. Due to mobility problems I really need an aisle seat. Does anyone know if seats are prebookable nearer the time via personaliser or can I book them by ringing Cunard?

We were on a BA scheduled flight last year and I rang the Cunard call centre (using the Freephone) number a few days before and was allocated seat numbers.

What is the freephone number? Is it the same as the p&o one?
