Tabyana in February?

Has anyone been to this beach in February? Was it crowded? I am hoping to be able to visit this beach at the first of Feb. but so far it is not showing up as an excursion on my cruise with Carnival yet. As a matter of fact nothing shows up yet but I am sure that has something to do with all that is going on there now....I'm sure when things calm down they will put up some tours to book.
