Tour with Irie Blue Hole and Green Grotto Caves

Is there a tour from Falmouth that includes both Irie Blue hole AND Green Grotto Caves? I have seen just about every other combination but these two. Are they too far apart? Has anybody done this before? If so, do you recommend a tour company (which one) or on our own? Thanks.
