dining options?

I like to ask about the dining experience with Costa to my preferences. I done a cruise with NCL and Louis Hellenic. I like the buffet style of dining prefered to arranged dinner table thingy.

for a costa cruise, do they offer any time dining? can i just eat a buffet . i rather prefer not to sit in some dining room. what are the options?

With the exception of the 3 neo ships, the only "free" dining option is either early or late sitting (both set times) in the MDR, or pizza or if the ship has a club restaurant both of which are chargeable.

On the 3 neo ships there is a evening buffet open.
