Grandeur cabin question

They look like fridges to me. Just wondering why you would call them coolers.

 

If we leave the cabinet door ajar and make sure there is no ice build up in the back of the fridge we have always found it to keep things cold.

 

And they call them mini-fridges not coolers.

Because they are not capable of fridge temperatures. They are really coolers and will not keep anything as cool as a refrigerator will. They can make a soda/water cool enough to drink but they really aren't intended to keep drinks like milk fresh for very long. I don't think they go much below 50 degrees which is much warmer than a refrigerator is.

Most have converted to what I call "cold plates". It is a metal plate on the bottom that the product sits on and that plate gets cold but it does not get as cold as true refridgerator. That is why I asked the question. I really need a regular mini fridge which I know can be requested through RC.
