No luggage tags for Azamara bookings from UK residents!

I just rang Azamara Customer Services to advise them that I am concerned as I am due to board the Journey on 16 March , but have been unable to request any luggage labels .

I have cruised with Azamara several times and when checking in online usually there is a tick box for requesting luggage tags.

Customer Services have just informed me that " we no longer issue luggage tags to the UK. You have to collect them at the pier".

Has anyone else from the UK had a similar problem?

While Cruise Critic apparently considers Azamara in the Luxury Cruising segment, this board is most active with those who cruise luxury lines e.g. Hapag-Lloyd not blessed with their own specific board.

 

You certainly will have a more robust response to your query on the Azamara specific board.
