Vegetarian, Vegan, and Plant Based Diets

Mr. Caluori,
Again thanks for taking time from what must be a stressful schedule and answering our questions. Princess has always provided great support and options for our diet. Unfortunately, of the many new dining options announced for the Royal, I see few that would apply to my wife and me. Pastry Shop, Gelato, and Ocean Terrace just won't work for us. I doubt Chef's Table or Winemakers could accomodate us either. I am wondering if there are any new options for those of us who eat vegetarian, vegan, or plant based.

Hello Mr. Caluori! I can't wait to sail this wonderful ship next April. We are also Vegan and would love to see more posibilities on the menu.
