Cruise Critic Editor-In-Chief, Carolyn Spencer Brown, recently made her picks as a VIP judge for the 5th Annual BACARDI Cruise Competition and now we'd like to hear from you!

After checking out this year's entries here, come back and vote for your favorite. We've even included the recipes and photos of all the dishes, so you can test them out yourself.

We'll be sure to let you know when Bacardi announces the judges' picks for BACARDI Chef of the Year and BACARDI Bartender of the year, each winners of a $5,000 scholarship.
