right side -- starboard-

left side -- Port side (4 letters each word)

you are on the empress deck. Use the deck plans to learn your ay around the shipbefore you cruise

Iv noticed on the Conquest that the port side is more popular. I had to argue to get on the port side, they tried to put me on the starboard side. I want to see out the port side this time :)

 

It really wont make a difference what side you are on. The CApt decides what way to "park" at each place. Some places port side will face the port-- while the next place the starboard side will face the port.

 

Dont book your cabin based on being a port side or starboard side cabin

We were on this same cabin on The Triumph several years ago. Great location of the Starboard Side of the Ship.

 

The Laundry room was just several doors down, if that sort of thing interests you!
