Then how did you know that there will be a HUGE announcement on August 4th?

Can't say without getting my post deleted or possible banned from CC.

You just have to trust me. All I can say AS will be giving the announcement.

I would think announcing building new ships, isn't that the only huge news in cruising these days? New ships that are bigger and bigger which I love by the way. I'm a mega ship person myself. I also like the guess about going to Cuba, that would be cool.

I don't know, but this is NCL so I'm sure it's something that includes extra costs.

No, those kind of things they just do and don't tell anyone until they figure it out and post it here on CC.

Smoking policy is going to become more restrictive to more closely mirror Celebrity. Will leave people booked for Holiday 2015 trips plenty of time to cancel without penalty.

NCL has, bar none, the smokiest casinos. I LOVE the casinos on Celebrity, as there's NO smoke in there!

My vote (HOPE rather) would be having Pt. Canaveral as a new home port... and not for anything less than 100,000 tons ! :)

Since Royal Caribbean is bringing the Oasis here, and the port is steadily expanding, makes sense to me!

hey have finally seen the light and are getting rid of the undrinkable pepsi products and will carry the real thing and each ship will have the 104 flavor machine available on the unlimited soda policy. Something useful to most.

During the webinar they hinted at some things to come by saying, "We can't say anything yet but there's a big announcement coming next month". That was in response the questions of "Any thoughts about putting a ship in Port Canaveral?" and "Where will Bliss homeport?" So my guess is that the announcement will be that Bliss will homeport in PC.

If so - they'll have my booking.

So... that right there is obviously reason enough for them to make that move! :D

These are all good ideas, however, since there hasn't really been anything blissful lately.... maybe it's the cancellation of the Bliss. :p

1. resignation of FDR would be my preference

2. current promos ongoing permanently would be nice too

3. cruise ship to Australia and the Star would be great :D

hmmm maybe I could arrange to remain on her until she gets there.. I'v always wanted to visit OZ land... it's on my bucket list. Just sayin' :D
